Junior swimming celebration

Yesterday we had our junior swimming celebration!                                                                            

This was a chance for everyone to show off their swimming skills and everything they have learnt in the pool this term to their whanau and friends!

We were lucky enough to have Mr Whippy come and join our celebration... and even give us all an icecream!!!!!!! Thank you Mr Whippy!

Room 3's new friends!

Room 3 had so much fun looking at their new friends blog from Room 7 at St Mary's school in Gisborne!

Room 2 and 3 have been trying out some new activities and games to practise waiting our turn, sharing, playing fair and having fun!

One of our favourite games so far has been duck, duck, goose!

We even tried some mindfulness and relaxing; focusing on what we can see, hear and smell!
